What a licence allows
An organisational licence, subscription or course booking gives the agreed use of the platform and materials for the people and period agreed. It doesn't transfer ownership. Copying, reselling or sharing the platform or materials beyond the agreed use needs written permission from Living Well Partners Ltd.
What belongs to you or your institution
Research data, study plans, analyses, reports and other outputs you or your institution create in the Research Lab remain yours or your institution's, as agreed between you. You can export your own data and outputs at any time. Living Well Partners doesn't claim ownership of them.
A note on protection
Access to the platform and materials is limited to approved accounts and recorded. No technical measure can completely prevent copying, screenshots or redistribution, so these terms rely on licence agreements as well as technical controls. Questions: hello@livingwellpartners.co.uk.
